No matter what your religious or personal beliefs are - I feel like there's certainly nothing more magical than celebrating Christmas time in New York City. Manhattan literally twinkles as people buzz around town, going in and out of beautifully decorated department stores along 5th Avenue. Melodies flood the streets with familiar tunes that you hear each year, while the chilly air reminds you that the giving season is upon us.
Luckily, I got a chance to jet out to NYC this holiday season for a dose of fresh air and Christmas spirit. I had a jam packed schedule of business meetings, reunions with old friends and, let's be honest - holiday shopping.
My favorite stop? Saks Fifth Avenue and Disney's "Once Upon A Holiday" window display that resurrected in honor of the 80th anniversary of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. I'm a byproduct of a Disney-packed childhood, so this destination was a must-see. What an experience! Surely, it was a marvelous sight that I highly recommend to visit.
After a long, yet amazing day, I spent my evening in one of the sexiest spots in the city, The National Arts Club, for a nice cup of hot ginger tea.
